Data request

• Step 1 - To get a copy of all user data, please email support@flipflash.app

• Step 2 - Include your first name, last name, and email address.

• Step 3 - Title the subject line of the email "MY DATA REQUEST".

• Step 4 - Include any additional details in the body of the email.

• Step 5 - We will reply to you within 14 business days with instructions on data retrieval.

Data deletion

• Step 1 - To delete ALL personal data on Flipflash, login to your app and go to the settings page.

• Step 2 - Tap on the 3 dots at the top right corner and then select "DELETE ACCOUNT".

• Step 3 - All of your personal information will be deleted.
